Community Consultation Services

Life can take unexpected turns.  It can happen to anyone.  Transitions is here, as a partner, to support and guide persons past their individual challenges toward achieving their goals.

Transitions also provides consultation services if you are desiring assistance in caring for, serving, employing, teaching or living with individuals with mental health issues.

Contact us and we will be happy to meet with you to provide you insights and ideas that will help you understand and respond to the challenges that are facing you when you are dealing with an individual with a mental health issue.

Transitions provides short-term individual and group consultation if you are seeking assistance in understanding, responding to, and working with, individuals demonstrating challenging behaviors, personalities and perspectives.  Employers, co-workers, teachers, religious staff, family members, law enforcement officials, and social service providers are examples of those who have received consultation services.
